Week 29


United Kingdom!
(We'd visit the isle of Great Britain, but miss out on Ireland this time.)


We'd start off in Scotland visiting Urqhart Castle on the famous Loch Ness. Maybe we'd catch a sight of Nessy too.



Next we'd travel to England to visit the Cotswolds and see the charming thatched roof cottages.



We'd head over to Wales to check out Cardiff Castle.



We'd end our journey back in England at Stonehenge.

Week 28


PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND!


We'd tiptoe through the fields of lulpins and paddle out on the water.



We'd visit Green Gables and be transported to Anne's time.



We'd bike along the beaches and count the lighthouses.



We'd be treated to a bag pipe concert.

Week 27


Quebec! We'd experience the French Canadian's "Joie de Vivre" first hand.




We'd check out one of Montreal's summer music festivals.







As we are huge Cirque du Soleil fans, we'd be mesmerized by a show at its birthplace.






We'd be charmed by Old Quebec City.





We'd enjoy the view of Montmorency Falls.

Week 26


Ontario!


We would get soaking wet taking a cruise around Niagara Falls.



We'd check out Canada's largest city- Toronto and see what it has to offer.



We'd visit a resort on the Great Lakes and enjoy playing in the water.



Hopefully, we'd get lucky and get to see some Moose up close but not too personal.

Week 25


Northwest Territories!


We'd visit Blackford Lake and build a mini-inukshuk.




We'd camp out in a teepee and watch the northern lights' spectacular show.




If there was lots of snow still, we'd go for a ride on a dog sleigh.




If the weather was nice, we'd go for a ride on a rustic farm buggy.

Week 24


ALASKA!


Alaska has such beautiful scenery and we would spend our days hiking in the mountains and glaciers, and canoeing in the lakes, but we just couldn't miss seeing the spectacular aurora borealis at night!




There's such amazing wildlife to see too. We'd hope to see some whales while we were out on the water, some bears and caribou while we were out on the dog sled, and we'd love to soar with the bald eagles!




We'd try our hand at building an Inupiat Eskimo Igloo.




We'd feast on fresh seafood like these gorgeous Alaskan King Crabs!

Week 23


Oh Canada, eh!


British Columbia!



We'd have lots of things to do in Vancouver. We'd visit Stanly Park and rent bikes to see the beaches, forests, mountains, totum poles, and the city's skyline.



We'd meet lots of sea life at the Vancouver Aquarium.



We'd take a stroll down the Capilano Suspension Bridge.



We'd also head over to Victoria to visit Butchart Gardens.
